I was on here the other day and stumbled across Allyson D's review. I hadn't been back to iColor since their opening week, so I thought it was time to re-visit.
I walked in on a Thursday at 4pm. There were a handful of people getting mani/pedis, but I didn't have to wait. I picked my color for my toes and grabbed the swatch of the gel I wanted for the fingers. I decided to go one small step up from the basic pedicure. It was only three dollars more. The services menu is a little confusing. I sipped my glass of complimentary wine and enjoyed the nice long pedicure. My biggest problem with places like Polished is they turnover so quickly. Not here, it wasn't rushed at all. I really loved the scrub she gave me to wash my hands with during my manicure. It smelled so good.
iColor has a pretty cool set up, and it's cleans. There are four flat screen tvs on the wall. There's nail chair stations and also a nail bar. It would work good for a group of friends. Walk-ins are welcome. They do take appointments. Waxing services are also available. Make sure you check their website for specials.
My pedicure and gel mani totaled $58 before tip. Pretty reasonable and comparable to other nail places I've been to in Charlotte. I'll definitely keep it in my nail salon rotation.
