  • I went to this locations "sister company" and had a horrible experience and wrote a bad review, and I was immediately contacted by the district manager and she apologized profusely. She was very warm to me and asked if I could give them another chance and I have to say I was a bit skeptikal at first. She recommended a location closer to my house and the manager, Yohan (I hope Im spelling this right) more than exceeded my expectations. He was calm, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The application process seemed fast and seemless. Im very happy that the district manager actually reads these reviews and reaches out because I was so upset with "the other store," I didnt plan on using this company ever again. For the other two that wrote bad reviews...if you have challenges with your credit and bank account history it will be tough to get a loan...its easier to get approved when you dont need it as bad..take it from me. Someone who messed up really badly in their 20s and finally starting yo gain control in my early 30s. Thanks Susan and Yohan!
