  • I originally went with Joe Haas farmers when they were able to beat my current rate from geico. I was astonished and pleasantly surprised to learn that a farmers agency could beat geico. After switching I found out why they were rated number one for customer service. You feel like you're a part of the family with this agency. You can feel comfortable calling with any question no matter how big or small and they are very quick with all correspondence. They were very knowledgeable about all my obscure questions regarding insurance and were very patient with me while I was trying to understand my policy and its details. I highly recommend this agency.
