Average to above average steak place at Bellagio. Stopped in on way to crap table to make my fortune. Traveling single this trip so headed to sit at bar. Bar is good set-up with a couple of TVs for sports and very attentive bar tenders. Quick service on a slowish Monday night. On a low carb kick so ordered wedge salad and the wagyu flank steak together. Wedge was solid if a little underdressed with lite bacon - c'mon it's a steak place - pile it on. More than made up for with one of best steaks I ever had. Usually a ribeye guy but the flank steak medium rare was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Easily cut with fork only. The size was listed at 10oz but I got half way through and was getting full. I didn't stop but could have shared with wife and not been mad. Flank steak was also the cheapest meat on menu at $44. Fix is now on the steak house list.
