  • If you go here for a membership, be sure to ask for a copy of your contract and read it thoroughly before signing anything (They won't give you a copy unless you ask for it, which is a red flag). I was told so many lies, when I first signed up. For instance, I was told my contract was for 6 months. My contract was up today, and I called to cancel but was told by their corporate office it was a 10 month contract and had to pay $200 to get out of it. The rep I talked to at corporate said they also need a 30-day notice before ending your membership. I don't know if they make these rules up as they go along or what. I also went into the store to cancel my membership, but they will not help you, except to tell you to call their corporate office (another red flag). I was also told that I had upgrades with my package, but when I tried to upgrade I was told I didn't have any upgrades available. I was ignorant and trusted this business, and that was my mistake, but I don't want to see anyone else get lied too like I was. This place is very sketchy and will scam you, so please make sure you read all the reviews and know what you're signing (and ask for a copy of your contract). PLEASE BEWARE
