  • Not a resident, just looking for a new place. Pros - High ceilings in some residences - New - Gym is big for an apartment and has some high tech features - Granite counter tops - Large windows - Full size washer/dryer - Built in shelving Cons - Overpriced for the area. As a new place, you may want to be 10% higher than surrounding apts. 1BRs at $1300, surrounding $900 - Mandatory TW cable & internet package $125 Considering how people are cutting the cord and my internet is $15, this is a burden, not a benefit. This was a big factor in my decision Not to move here. - Email address listed on correspondence doesn't work. - Depending on your location, ongoing construction is loud. - Small bedrooms If you insist on having a new apt, this is your place. Outside of that, you can do much better anywhere else in the area.
