  • Avoid this location & chain. Extremely unorganized and ignorant of common practices including their own services.The employees and even the manager seem to clueless as to what their actual protocol is. They also had pretty bad attitudes when responding to basic questions despite me being very respectful and maintaining my polite demeanor. I made an appointment on a Monday for a routine eye exam and glasses lens RX update, got a call on Tuesday then another on Wednesday 20 min before my appointment. Each time I was asked the exact same questions and given different info about what was "required by the doctor" and how much each service will cost. Due their inability to provide consistent information and their unwarranted poor attitudes I cancelled my appointment and am now looking for a new eye doctor. I would avoid the south Blvd location if you can.
