  • This location is disastrous. The lines are confusing and it is hard to know which cashier is open. The wait is always long, even just for a coffee. The staff are nice and they are always in an ER mode. Either the location is severely understaffed, or there is something wrong with the work flow. Tim Horton's really needs to learn from MacDonald about modernization.
