  • I reached out to this business for a quote on a headlight replacement and the messaging service had a few setbacks. I decided to send a yelp message to get a quote and possibly set up an appointment. The service manager followed up fairly quickly and apologize about the delay in getting in touch with me. He explained the issue with the messaging service and kindly answered all my questions. I set up an appointment later with minimal effort. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly by a service advisor. My car was checked in and I was told the wait was 30-45 minutes. The lobby is stocked with complimentary juices, snacks and a small work station with charging ports to accommodate business professionals. If you aren't really wanting to sit, the showroom is fully stock with new and pre-owned Benz ranging from $30-$160k for viewing. Sorry folks, the doors were not unlock (esp on the $160k vehicle)so definitely ask to see the interior. Everything was perfect and I was even given a complimentary key chain prior to my departure. A+ on customer satisfaction!
