  • The wait times are too long. They need more staff. I have been coming here for some time now and have put up with it but I realized there are nail places at the Safeway plaza and the Fry's plaza across the street. I don't mind waiting 5-10 minutes but 30 minutes for a rushed manicure is ridiculous. I felt short changed just so they could get to other customers although I'm a paying customer too. They do a decent job but all these places are pretty much the same. I demand good customer service and don't want to give my business and money if I am not receiving good service. Also, they have a lot of regulars that seem to come in off the street and the owner lets them go ahead of everyone. That is not good business sense. Don't bother coming here unless you want to feel like you don't matter. There are so many other places to go instead.
