  • Avoid this place by all means. They are so inconsiderate towards tenants. They will treat you like royalty before you move in, but once you're in, they don't care at all. My main concern, like hundreds of other residents, is the horrible parking situation.. apart from there being no parking, they ask you to find your own parking around the neighborhood. Seriously? We already have to pay a lot of money for poorly made apartments and we still have to worry about the security of our car?? Oh and they will towe your car and leave you helpless. I advised them my sticker was displayed on the dashboard and clearly showed alta midtown logo but the sun deteriorated and would not lay fully flat... what did they say? Nothing! Why have our cars registered if you won't take initiative to check the system for our registration? Now I have to pay for something that could have been avoided by CHECKING YOUR SYSTEM.. idc if it's a 3rd party towing company. That is NOT our problem. This is not how you treat tenants! Once my lease is up, I am out of here. And for future residents .. Good luck. For the price you are paying, this is not acceptable.
