  • I see the reviews are from a while ago and say the office staff is rude. Well, I have never seen a friendlier staff. My fiancee goes to Dr Kaplan's office. Last year, he had to get his DOT physical done ASAP to get his ID renewed for his Class A license. Dr Kaplan was able to fit him in the schedule SAME DAY. Yea, we may have had to wait an hour or so, but we didn't have an appointment! Being able to fit someone in last minute, is WELL worth it! It's now time for another DOT to update his card, and hope he can get in cause it expires on 2/13 and my fiancee is a procrastinator. Also, we were waiting on my health benefits to kick in where i work too cause we didn't have insurance last time. So, hopefully it won't be so damn expensive this time around.
