REDS is close to my place of work, so naturally a lunch or two will happen here. I like the interior and the ambiance of the restaurant. The drinks are very good, albeit pricey. I recommend a glass of the red sangria to make the rest of the afternoon more fun. They have a lunch special where you can chose a starter and a main or a main and a dessert for $20.00. Pretty good for a downtown location. I had their Caesar salad and the fish and chips main. The salad was light and perfectly dressed. I quite enjoyed it and the portion size was good for the price. The fish was very well done, but the fries were cold, unseasoned and tasted like despair. Perhaps a new person manning the fryer? I'll be back soon, Reds. Please step up your fry game, okay?
