  • If I could give them negative stars I would! The confirmation email contained no information about shuttle/pick up from airport to location. The location was only 4 minutes from the Toronto airport yet I had to make multiple phone calls for the shuttle and it took a little over an hour for one to arrive dispute being told it was " on its way " at each phone call. Once I arrived the service was horrid, the man at the counter was rude, the man who was to bring my car around couldn't find it and didn't speak English so I had to go wait in line again to ask about the empty fuel tank. When I realized the car wouldn't start I returned to the counter. The man at the counter argued with me and told me the gas station was up the road. Finally the shuttle driver came inside and arranged for them to give me another vehicle. Both vehicles where filthy, I spent ten minutes in the parking lot wiping the drivers area off as it was a sticky mess.
