  • Pet Pros is a nightmare, I cannot emphasize this enough. Their dogs come from puppy mills, they were taken from their mothers far too soon and many dogs in the store have kennel cough and other illnesses due to improper care. The staff, as expected, tell you the dogs came from reputable breeders and have papers, which means nothing and is standard in this industry. This is where people go to purchase "designer dogs" for astronomic prices, without doing the research or investigating this industry. A simple search on google will tell you all you need to know about petstores, puppy mills, and the store itself. Go to petfinder.com and search for a rescue dog that fits your needs, or check out local animal shelters. If you are looking for a specific hypoallergenic dog, check out breed-specific rescue organizations (ie. poodle rescue). Dont breed or buy while shelter pets die.
