Very cute venue, but the Amy the lady who runs it is completely unprofessional and was a nuisance during my ceremony.
On the bright side the venue was super cute. Clean and quaint and if you like that country vibe it's hard to beat the location being right in Gilbert. Lots of neat areas for photos too. The venue itself would deserve 4 stars if this place was run like any sort of business.
Phone calls during regular business hours were never answered, and voicemails unreturned. Zero follow up during the preceding 6 months to our wedding. Finally after sending an angry email the week prior to our ceremony we got a reply. The volume of calls to this place cannot be that much that prepaid customers can't get a reply. And if it is, hire someone since that much business would cover that cost. Sure cashed my check quickly, though.
Amy had stated she has an aversion to glitter and we took that to mean don't throw it everywhere. No. She actually made a scene because a couple little sparkles fell off the bride's dress. You'd have thought we spilled anthrax. We had t even left yet and she was scurrying around with a paper towel looking for single sparkles on the floor.
During the ceremony I was forced to give myself my own vows since she was unable to pronounce my wife's 2 syllable name. I wrote it down for her, said it with her 20 times and even spelled it phonetically. It's not that hard.
This kind of stuff wouldn't be so angering if this was a hair salon or car wash, but it's your wedding. And you (hopefully) get to do it only once so I would not recommend this venue at all.
