  • I agree totally. Everything with this company was a total nightmare. Laurie has to be the most miserable person to deal with. To top it off when the person that owns my house finally had the good sense to fire them and manage the property himself RPTM decided that they would still take rent from my checking. Mind you - I was now paying the landlord direct. Oh - and Laurie - I was the one that got your firm fired by the owner. I pointed out all your incompetence and rudeness in detail. I figure that cost you guys what? $3,000 a year? After weeks of begging and pleading to get my 2500 dollars back they finally cut me a check. It was only after I threatened to contact the BBB that they decided to do something. Basically - if you like rude people, that don't care at all, and try to steal from you then this is the company for you. This is only my first online complaint. I will hit every rental related site that I can think of to make sure others don't deal with this firm.
