  • I'm a first time customer and wanted to take the time to write a review. First impression regarding customer service is everything. The man who came out called me ahead and arrived on time ( think his name was joe). He was courteous, friendly and asked if I had any pets in the house. He was concerned about leaving the door slightly open and didn't want them to get out. I really appreciate the fact he thought about my pets before making the decision to leave the door open. He pre-treated the rug and was done in about 1 1/2 hour. The stairway took a bit longer to dry but overall, I'm satisfied with the results and will use them from now on. I had concerns and questions regarding the carpet and Rick was very helpful with answering them. Didn't lose his patience with me and offered to come out to address my areas of concern. My carpet doesn't have an overbearing smell, it looks clean and remained soft. No shoes allowed on the carpet:) Thanks!
