  • I visited this Sake company as part of the Old Toronto Beer Tour. This place is located in the Distillery District. A man named Godfrey told us about the company and the process of making Sake. Plus, we got some suggestions in regards to pairing it with a meal besides sushi. We got to try 3 different kinds of the company Sake: Nama-Nama, teion sakura and the genshu. I loved the first one. The taste hits you strong the first time you taste it but afterwards it becomes smoother. The facility is not very big. It has a bar/store front and behind it stands the different containers including one that looks like a sauna for processing the rice and Sake. There are some nice gift sets, bottles and soaps for purchase along with Sake cups.
