  • Excellent Service!! We rented a full size for two weeks, and 3 days for a trip to Palm Springs (5500km round trip). We checked around, and found Hertz was the best price. We walked in and were greeted by the manager. He explained the rental and provided us with the details regarding road side assistance. The transaction was quick, and we were out within 20 minutes, and on our way to Palm Springs w/in the hour. The car was great (Chevy Malibu); no problems. When we returned, we were once again greeted by the manager, and another fellow. Both very pleasant! They checked the car, and had us on the road within 20 minutes. Fast & efficient!! Excellent customer service.
