  • This is the most Unethical, Unprofessional Company/Agents/Brokers to deal with. They will fill out contracts leaving BLANKS even for their own license and their broker license Blank. If you are a Cash buyer they will write the contract like you are getting a LOAN. They will change the Address of the Unit number you are buying. The whole contract that they fill out is ILLEGAL for a buyer to sign. They will try and TRICK you and SCAM you. So BEWARE!
