  • I was relieved by how compassionate they were. I had to take my 18 year old sweet, small dog in when she very quickly showed signs she was suffering. I had to arrive with her and my young son very late at night. I am very grateful for how discrete they were about saying certain things in front of my son. They treated my sweet dog gently and with dignity. They were able to help make a heartbreaking decision as bearable as it possibly could have been. There is nothing anyone can do in a situation like that but to be kind, professional, patient and treat out dear friend with gentle dignity.
