  • I was so excited to bring my friends to this bar. I researched the valley, and decided to make reservations for a group of 10 people. A man called to discuss the reservation options and said he couldn't accommodate my group based on seating available. I explained it was for a going away party and there wasn't a need to sit or even reserve an area. I explained I didn't want to pay a reservation fee as I didn't know how many people would show, and all I wanted was for us to get in. He explained that it was "prime-time" on a Saturday evening and he couldn't ensure our group entry, even if they came through out the night. My expectations could be completely unreasonable, but after doing so much research and having such a curt and unwaivering "first experience" with the reservation manager/owner it was EXTREMELY dissapointing. Fun concept. I am sure it is a cool experience, but don't discount guests because they do not want to commit to a reservation fee. We buy drinks with cash too.
