  • I had a 9:30 phone appointment with Lisa. I had my husband home watching the kids from 9:30 - 10:30 so the appointment would be uninterrupted. The specific time of 9:30 on Thursday 6/22 was picked and set by Lisa. When I called in at 9:30 she sent this text, "Hang on, finishing up another call. Will call in 10 min." Which was no biggie and doable. 10 minutes later she sent this text, "Ugh. On the phone w the cable company for 35 min. Hopefully done soon, will call when I am. Sorry for the inconvenience." I understand how life is unpredictable and cable phone calls can take longer than expected. Lisa called me back at 10:45, over an hour past our scheduled phone appointment and proceeded to tell me she was so late because she had her cable phone call and after decided to go to the vet. She scheduled the phone call at 9:30 and then decided to call the cable company at 9:00 and when she got off the phone with the cable company after already being very late and having me wait she decided to run to the vet? Completely inconsiderate of my time and not someone I want on my health team.
