  • This is one of the branches we frequent the most, and have consistently had good service. The tellers are usually very upbeat, and I do not remember the details but the last time hubby and I stopped by together we got into a brief but fun conversation with the lady that assisted us, we literally laughed out loud. Also, on a recent trip I saw a lady customer mistreat a young employee. The employee's name was Chayanne and I think she did a great job, she was also very poised and patient with this woman. I regret that I did not stand up to the customer, but I did make sure to tell Chayanne she did a great job helping me and handling such a rude customer. And I apologized to her in behalf of all of us decent human beings. Said customer later on probably noticed I had witnessed her rudeness and tried to make conversation with me saying such young people are inexperienced and useless and should not work there. I gave her the evil eye and let her know Chayanne did a wonderful job helping me and addressing my questions. I think we all are allowed to have a bad day here and there, but nothing justifies such rudeness.
