  • Would comment on the food but couldn't even get to a table. One word: RUDE. The host was the rudest I have ever encountered in my life. We had made a reservation via the hotel concierge, and were so excited to eat there as the menu looked unique. We were told they could only seat us outside, it is still over 42 degrees at this hour, and that if we wanted a table inside we would have to wait over 45 minutes. When we explained that we are tourists and this is our last night of vacation and we are hardly accustomed to sitting outdoors here, he had nothing to offer other than rude remarks. Not impressed with the lack of hospitality- especially in a town like Scottsdale where every other encounter has been pleasant and polite.
