  • Way overpriced an absolutely disgusting. I ordered a tall iced coffee. The menu price is 3.65. I was charged to 3.75 plus tax. On questioning, I was told that it was because I wanted it with cream and sugar. Last time I checked, Starbucks does not charge extra for cream and sugar. Anyway it was at least half cream. It looked like white milk with a touch of coffee. I immediately refused it and said that's way too much cream, Can you make me one with a normal amount of cream it. He did it again, filling the cup not even halfway with iced coffee putting a drop of cream and and feeling it the rest of the way with ice. I also ordered it with light ice. Of course this thing was disgusting as well. I even had to wait 10 minutes in line to return it. Please avoid this place if at all possible. The return is still not finished. Now the manager has to void the transaction in 20 minutes. I have never had an interaction or an experience at Starbucks like this one. I am now looking at a basket of Fiji bottled water. They are charging $7.25 for one bottle of warm water. Unbelievable!
