  • Be careful at this car wash. I was so excited to find a convenient place to get regular car washes from!! And it was going well for the fist few times but then the wash got rough. I noticed a churning sound and thought it odd. Turns out it was my European license plate in the front of my car that was getting yanked off. I discovered the frame and metal pieces towards the end of the wash. One of the employees said he heard that noise a couple times during the day and had another customer have the same thing happen to her car. I asked why they didn't fix it after that happened and the employee couldn't answer. They did take in my claim and only replaced the plastic frame with a cheaply made one. I could tell it was very flimsy, but I was just happy to have my car back to normal again. They told me to instruct the operator of my next wash to retract the side brushes. I did just that and he even said he'd retract the top one, too. Well, my license got ripped off again and this time destroying the more expensive metal part. I put in another claim, furious now. And then after having to hunt a manager down days later (AGAIN like last time), they told me the General Manager denied my claim since they already replaced the frame last time. It was $20 on Amazon (they told me where they got it) and it was not the same quality I originally had from 2011. I said well, I guess I'm not worth $20 and it was THEIR machine that caused the problem. They should've replaced the metal part since they hadn't before, I did what they said with the instructions, and they never said I shouldn't return with this plate on. The General Manager was suppose to call me back to work something out, but he never did (Scott Oxman). So, I don't do business with people that don't respect me or my car. Go at your own risk! In addition, it's suppose to be spotless. At first it was. But towards the end of my FastPass membership, I noticed it didn't dry my car well at all, despite the forceful pressure of the dryers that caused my plate to come off the second time. I would always have to dry up the many wet spots in my door jam, on the back of my vehicle and windows at my next stop after going through the wash. Not as great as I once thought.
