  • Dr. Reynolds has no interest in her patients and her bedside manner is lacking to say the least. I chose this practice because of Dr. Swainston but he was unavailable so I accepted Reynolds. After questioning Reynolds about the confusion on my due date and lack of communication between her and the High Risk doctor she referred me to, I received a letter stating I could no longer be treated at this practice. Which left me at 35 weeks pregnant without a doctor. I will admit I was a mess because of prior experiences, however instead of comforting me and building my trust or assisting me in finding another doctor she turned her back on me and my child.
