  • If I could give less stars I would! Demi is the most unprofessional rude manager and in my opinion is way too immature to handle escalations. As a customer in the store hearing her be disgustingly rude and arguing with the customer who is obviously upset at being charged twice for an expensive item. Demi the manager was very condescending stating "that's why you keep your receipts." which, the customer had multiple receipts documenting she was owed the money. The woman customer was told they didn't have enough cash and to call customer service. The manager Demi also threatened to call the police which was absolutely uncalled for as the woman customer was not yelling but very justified in being upset from my perspective. The manager Demi made her employees visibly uncomfortable as well. I will NEVER go to this location again. She needs to learn better customer service skills because they are HIGHLY lacking. I have also NEVER complained about terrible service but the whole situation made me feel compelled to do so. I will also be emailing their corporate office to make a formal complaint. Just horrendous!!
