  • Very misleading, dishonest, high pressure company. When I first met with Deb, I expressed that I would not take a job making less money than I am making at my current job. My first red flag should have been when I went on my first interview and was told by that company that they were not hiring anyone at my current pay rate. Why would Deb send me to an interview knowing I will not accept an offer with lower pay? Next, when I was on vacation, I got a call from Ryan about two potential jobs for me to apply to. One was a much lower pay rate - I declined and advised once again that I will not apply to a job that is not at the same rate I'm currently making. The second job she told me about was, according to her, more than I am currently making. I told her I would love to apply and asked her to send me the information via email so I could apply when I was back from vacation. Fast forward a couple of weeks, two interviews and an assessment test with this company later, I received an offer and was elated. When I received the offer, it was for much less than I am currently making. I expressed my concern to Deb and her response was "well, we didn't think you were just all about the money. We thought you'd be interested in the culture of this company more. They turned away more than 300 people for you and you're going to turn them down over a few thousand dollars and waste everyone's time?" It's not JUST about the money. I'm simply asking for my pay to be MATCHED not raised. From there, there was a lot of flip flopping from Deb and the fact that she attempted to guilt me into taking a lower paying job is just insulting and infuriating. Like others, I have bills and a mortgage that I've worked incredibly hard for. And I'm not willing to throw that all away because "it's a fun place to work" Overall, I feel incredibly mislead and I feel like I've wasted a lot of time for nothing. If you're still considering using this company, do not get your hopes up.
