  • Would give negative if it's possible. The owner, a middle aged woman is the rudest person I've ever encountered at any spa. I purchased a groupon deal from the spa and went in today. She talks to customers like this: "You have to pay tax 2.50$" Me: "here you go" "Yeah put it right there" I give her the $5 extra charge for the matte top coat and she just looks at me and says " you are not even going to give me any tips the price for this mani pedi is very low etc." I had the tips in my hand and was going to give it to her in .5 second if she wasn't so eager to point out that I didn't tip her. The mani pedi was mediocre, the manicure had some uneven colours but the pedicure was nice. The spa is clean and I saw her clean every pedi stations as well. Overall the ladies attitude made me feel very unwelcomed and as if I owed her something. And when I didn't know where tell go she always had a very annoyed tone and say things like "just go over there!" As if I should have known how her spa operates. I also witnessed her being very rude to other customers and even mutter "stupid" after taking a customer phone call regarding something about the price of a facial. I will not be going back even though she offered me a deal for next time. I get that English is her second language but her rudeness is pretty universal and has nothing to do with the language barrier.
