  • We went in today a little before 1. When we walked up to the hosts, they had 4 hosts standing there. Only 1 greeted us and why she was talking to us she kept on cleaning the counter and didn't look up to talk to us. We sat down, I understand that they are super busy, but our server never came over for over ten minutes. Finally another employee came over and filled our waters and then we waited another 10 minutes and still no server came over. We finally got up and walked out because there is no way I am going to pay 20$ for a burger and not get at least decent service. I have no idea how long we would have waited if we stayed. They need to put more servers on or at least make those hosts help the servers out. Maybe it was a bad day but I won't be trying my luck here again. Too many other places to eat on the strip that we would get better service at.
