  • merry christmas. my husband bought me a computer for christmas. i was so excited. i opened it up, eager to start using. the computer was locked. it had someone elses name and password set up. called the 800 number - they are closed. my husband ordered the computer brand new online and chose the store pickup option. he went to pick up the laptop. it was in a brand new, never been opened box. why is this computer locked? why cant i use it? typical walmart. now we have to run out the day after christmas to handle this nonsense. thanks. never will we ever use this store location again.
