If I could give this place one star I would. There are so many things wrong with this complex. From day one I should have known better. At the time I had not other options. I had an emergency and needed a place ASAP.
Maintenance work orders are never put in. I got so tired of it , I just started taking care of and fixing things myself. The only time I wasn't able to was when my AC went out.
Let me just say the "emergency maintenance line" is non existent. I came home from work and my AC wasn't working. I tried calling and leaving messages. The next day I called the front office , put in a work order, didn't hear back. So I called and they forgot to put it in. They did eventually "fix" the AC only for it to go out a week later. The utilities are absolutely ridiculous, probably because they do not do the regular maintenance to prevent using excess energy.
Another thing, the place was a total disaster upon move in. And I was very vocal about the poor shape of the apartment. Luckily I took photos and documented EVERYTHING with this place. Because you have to! I am a very clean person, so I put a ton of personal time and effort into making the apartment nice. Even then it was still a very depressing place to be.
The dog park is small and hardly ever cleaned. I would take my personal doggie bags and clean up the park and the complex. Yes, I understand pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. BUT a property is responsible for just that... the property.
I was never late on any bills, never disrespected anyone and was always treated poorly. Krystel was the only decent person working in that office, and unfortunately she left.
Not one person in that office ever knows what's going on. For example, I came home after being away for a couple days and found an eviction notice on my door! I had paid my rent and didn't over anything. Still I naturally got worried, wondering what it was about. I called the office the next day (they were closed when I got home) and asked what it was about. I kid you not when I say I was told "it probably wasn't for you. I don't know, just ignore it". Are you joking?!
Upon move out. I had the carpets cleaned, and moved out early so I would have two extra days of cleaning based on my work schedule. I left the place better than when I moved in! And they are trying to charge me almost $100 cleaning fee?! No. You would think they would have some sort of respect for good tenants. But they don't they just want as much money from you as possible and do not care if you are happy or not.
Scam. Horrible people. Horrible staff. Horrible management. I've posted just a few photos of BEFORE I moved in!
