  • Pros: Really nice branch people, rates as good as anywhere else, you don't feel like they're actively screwing you, you can feel good about supporting a local financial co-op. Cons: Shitty branch and call center hours (though awesome if you work there), they have some sort of security breach at least once a year which forces you to change your card numbers and change all your autopay stuff, call centers are moderately useless so there's a 50-50 chance you'll have to trek down to a branch anyway by 5pm M-F.
