  • My wife and I just completed our first home inspection with Ed and we could not have been happier with the experience. I would recommend Ed to anyone seeking to do a home inspection 10 out of 10 times. Ed and his colleague Valerie were prompt and supportive in helping us set up our appointment and answering all questions about the home inspection process. During the inspection itself, Ed make it very clear he was here to educate and help us in this process. He did not hesitate to answer any of our silly questions. He inspected every nook and cranny in the home and explained to us why he was doing so. He also took the time to explain best practices of things such as moisture mitigation and preventative maintenance, which we desperately needed as first time homeowners. He has state of the art equipment ranging from military grade moisture and natural gas detectors, mold and radon tests and a drone to survey the property from above. He has quite possibly every certification imaginable and provides them to you without prompting. He annotated all pictures he took and provided us with a 4K quality video of a bird's eye view of the property as well as a video walkthrough of the house. He provided multiple copies of the inspector's report and included A TON of extra information concerning quarterly home maintenance guidelines, CDC information about mold and mildew, Radon gas information and even how to identify various household pests. Ed Lampl is the best in the business and you couldn't possibly do better with anyone else.
