  • I purchased a leather sectional from Ladlows that was delivered with a hole in the stitching. They replaced the section promptly. However, when I started complaining that the leather was showing visible signs of wear after only 6 months of ownership- they weren't nearly as interested in taking responsibility for selling me a defective product. They admit that there is a problem, however- they are much more concerned with protecting the manufacturer than doing the right thing for the customer. Still dealing with this (going on three months now) and my $4000.00 1 year old couch Is continuing to wear and look unacceptable. Terrible customer service-- Very disappointing- Do not make a purchase from there unless you have the time to coddle your purchase
