  • I've been a Sephora fan for a couple of years now and was not disappointed in their Market Place Mall location. I got a lot of welcome attention when I previously visited on a slow day, however to my pleasant surprise when I went during this past weekend's VIB sale when the store was pretty much packed- I still got a warm welcome and a employee (cast member Kathryn) spent a lot of time with me answering questions, teaching me techniques that I wanted to know & helping me out. Even later when I was browsing the store I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance. Good customer service is definitely what'll keep me coming back in-store as opposed to shopping online.
