  • Shits. Had to give 1 star. Autograph collection is a joke. Do not plan on being upgraded. Marriott Platinum means nothing except 2 water and 500 points. They nickel and dime you on everything. If u don't tip front desk guy you get nothing. $$$ base room you book is not realistic. Either book better room or plan on paying another $75-100 when I check in. Rooms same as four years ago. Old already. Dirty is best to describe it. Carpet never vacuumed some chicks fake eyebrows greeted us as we walked in. I'll Bring my vacuum next time. Stay at anywhere else next time. Too bad, this place used to be way better.
