  • So let me just start this by saying that I'm a partner. I understand the struggle of being a barista. I came here because it was the closest starbucks to me and I had a reward. I apologized profusely before ordering because my drink was ridiculous. I understand that. They were busy and I gave them time to make my drink. They made it wrong 3x, and I left with the final drink (that I could not drink because it had milk), and was kind about the whole transaction. I understand it was a lot to follow on the sticker. I understand they were busy. What's not okay though is making fun of me/my drink while you were making it, knowing full well it was mine. And being rude because YOU forgot my food. That's not okay. Unfortunately, I don't feel welcome here and likely will not be returning.
