  • If it weren't for Dr. Lyndsey (hence the 3 stars) I'd find another dermatologist. It's beyond ridiculous to wait 15 to 20 minutes for EACH AND EVERY scheduled appointment!!! However, if you're late (which I've never been) you may loose your appointment or be charged for a visit with less than 24 hr notice of a cancellation or rescheduling. The staff needs to schedule visits with adequate time between patients instead of over booking. While I sit waiting, I'm obviously not the only patient waiting because each nurse apologizes for the long wait. I also don't understand why the office chooses to have the most unfriendliness staff work at both the front window and exit window, wouldn't hurt to smile or speak to a customer kindly!
