  • Twice we ordered take out as Rosati's isn't far from our house and we had guests. Both times they lost our order, the 1st time we weren't told this until after we paid!! The second time we called and mentioned the problem to avoid a repeat missed order, and they did it again! lol! And both times it took well over 30 minutes to get our order and on second time the order wasn't complete and that took 10 more minutes to fix! What's the saying......'fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me?' We haven't been back since! And btw, the food wasn't anything special!
