  • We have used On Track Garage Door Service twice now. Once in 2013 when we broke a cable with the car and once today when the main spring broke after 14 years. Both times they recognized the need for quick service. Within a few hours the first time. Less than two hours today. Repairs were handled quickly at a fair price. Very courteous scheduling person and technician. No attempts to upsell or offers for extended warranty crap. I wish all household repairs were this painless.
