  • Been at this branch for years. But know I think I will bank at another location From this point on! Today when I did my banking there, there was (I) teller at the desk and I stood there and stood there the only other person in there, beside the one lady that the teller was helping! Which she was doing a lot of transactions..ugh! I looked around and there was the Manager, and others towards the back not looking really busy! And do you think they would come to the front and opened another window to help me? NO... Just let me stand in line for the longest time, till that teller could get to me! This branch use to have the coolest girls working there, they even knew me by my first name, which made you feel very good! There was always 3 standing up front, and as soon as you walked in, they nicely greeted you, and asked if they could help you. Not anymore!! What has happened to this branch?!? Oh well will go to another Chase Bank from this point on!!
