  • I was assaulted in plain view of casino staff and screamed for the the police to be called for 10+ minutes after an individual whom was well known by casino staff threatened to end my life and physically struck me on my head. This incident took place at the craps table, due to my date requesting to pass the dice because she felt uncomfortable with the way the individual whom assaulted me was looking at her, so she wanted to leave. After casino security escorted the individual off the scene, i was told by staff that it was my reasonability to call 911. I did call 911 and filed a report. ****Do not count on security to protect you, in my opinion this is a shady establishment. **** **** Do not trust management **** The M has never followed up with me since the incident. I came to the hotel the next day after the assault to ask for the casinos policy regarding dialing 911 if a guest requests. The individual said he does not set the policy and would have someone follow up with me. Needless to say, I have never been called. I ASK THAT YOU DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Nobody ever made any attenmpts to follow up with me. I am a members of the players club, you know my phone number and mailing address. The M casino has done absolutely nothing and claiming anything else is just trying to cover yourself for publicity purposes.
