  • When I went there they tried to charge me an amount beyond the agreed upon amount. I only wanted it for the 4 week free period for which you only pay the administration fee. They tried to charge me more and then, when I questioned it, said that would take me until the end of the following month. They knew I didn't want it until the end of the next month, so it definitely seems like a scam. Then, they went ahead and billed my credit card for a month's rent ($96) after I had vacated the unit! They claimed it was an "accounting error." It has been 10 days and I am still waiting for a refund or even a receipt showing that a refund has been processed. If I don't get one by the end of today, I'm just going to dispute it with the credit card company. I tried to call them 3 times to follow up on this but kept getting transferred to their national call centre who can't help. When I spoke to someone at their national call centre, she somehow hung up on me. When I called back, I was told that someone from the specific location would get back to me. I'm still waiting. Avoid!
