I've been going to comfort nails for about a year now. I go back every 2-3 weeks for bio gel refill from the same nail technician (Jaiema). She's amazing! She's a perfectionist and she really takes her time with what she does. I leave happy with my nails all the time.
It saddens me to rate this place 3/5, not because of the nail technician but the owner or manager, Lisa. She is usually the one that cashes you out at the end. She is SO unprofessional, rude and does not know what quality customer service entails. They have this loyalty stamp card in which you receive stamps every time you get service done. She had forgotten to stamp my card the last time I visited. So my following visit (2 weeks later) I got the same exact service with the same technician I go to who knows me.. I go to pay and I Informed her about the stamp she had forgotten to give me ... she looked at me like I had three heads and goes huh? And goes well do you have a receipt? In which I didn't. The nail technician even jumped in to say hey ya she was here.. Lisa continued to ignore the fact and turned her back on me...
To be honest.. I value customer service and if she is the manager or owner she should know how to treat customers. And that's their "loyalty card" and to someone who's a regular customer and she clearly doesn't try to understand the customers or ensure they leave satisfied.. that should say something.
At the end of it all, she just ignored me. Let me say, it's not the first time I've seen an issue happen with Lisa and customers. She is terrible
