  • Great customer service! I called and they came by the same day for the estimate. We had issues with a fire hazardous dryer and vent and they set the appointment for the next day. Even called to ask if they could come be early! Super polite too. I didn't get the name of one of the guys but I think Abraham was the one who did the estimate and was out the next day for service as well. There office called about a week later to follow up which is very professional of them. My only slight criticism was the clean up after. Although they vauum the floors and cover some of the furniture, I still had to clean up countertops and clothes in the closet were covered a bit, but overall I would highly recommend Legacy Air for outstanding service.
