  • My friend and I met at Brio for happy hour at the bar area. Our server Jennifer was so friendly and attentive to our needs. Made menu suggestions knowing I was a vegetarian. She engaged in conversation knowing I was pregnant and was very sweet about it. She also sent out an unexpected delightable, a small dessert with two candles, pink and blue. I was throw off, how sweet Jennifer was to take the time to get a dessert from the kitchen and bring it to me. Pink ad Blue candles, because she knew the sex was a surprise to us!! Jennifer exceeded my expectations and make my experience memorable. I work for Marriott and this is exactly what try to enstill in everyone's service delivery. Well done! I will be back!!
